The platform takes its name from Ecuador’s LOTAIP (Ley Orgánica de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública), the law that requires public institutions to publish information about how they operate. The platform helps those institutions meet that obligation.

As a Java developer at AEC Inter S.A., I architected the LOTAIP system.
